General Terms and Conditions

1.General information
This document is a mandatory legal document between the Buyer and the Seller SR Project OÜ, reg. no. 12898851 (hereafter, Seller) in which the rights and responsibilities, the purchasing and selling of the products, the payment for the products, and the delivery and return conditions that regulate the usage of the website are listed. In addition to these conditions, buying from is regulated according to the law of the Republic of Estonia.

When buying from, the Buyer accepts these conditions. The Seller has the right to change, add or improve these terms and conditions.

1.2 People who are allowed to buy fr0m
1.2.1  Adults whose capacity to make contracts are not voided by law;
1.2.2 Juridicial persons; 
1.2.3 The authorized representatives of previously listed persons.

2. Privacy Policy
2.1 When buying from, the Buyer has to insert his/her first name and surname, e-mail, phone number and address.
2.2 The Buyer confirms the correctness of the information provided.
2.3 The Seller ensures that the Buyer’s personal data will only be used for the purchase of goods.
2.4 The Seller is obliged not to reveal the data to third parties, except the partners of the Seller who are providing delivery or other services connected with the order. In all other cases, the Seller can reveal the information to the third parties only in accordance with the law of the Republic of Estonia.
3. Sales Contract
3.1 The contract is made from the moment the Buyer confirms it.
3.2 After the agreement has been made, the quantity and the price of the products, the delivery time and other conditions are part of the contract.
3.3 All of the contracts will be registered and stored in‘s database.
4. The Rights of the Buyer
4.1  The Buyer has the right to buy from following the rules stated in these conditions.
4.2 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract by completing the electronic return form no later than 14 days from the delivery date.
4.3 The Buyer has no right to withdraw the contract stated in section 4.2, if the contract is bound with following circumstances:
4.3.1 The use of service has begun before the 14-day limit within the agreement with the Buyer;
4.3.2 Providing goods or services for which the price is dependent on market fluctuations which the supplier does not control;
4.3.3 In other cases which are stated in the law of the Republic of Estonia.
4.4 The Buyer can only return the product(s) when they are intact, the appearance has not changed significantly or they have not been used.
5. The Rights of the Seller
5.1 If a Buyer is trying to undermine the functioning of our e-shop, its data security, or impair obligations listed in paragraph 6, the Seller has the right to restrict the Buyer’s ability to use

6. Buyer’s Obligations

6.1 The Buyer is obliged to pay for the goods and take delivery of the goods in the way that has been established in the current contract.
6.2 If the Buyer refuses to take delivery of the goods without a reasonable explanation, he/she is obliged to pay the delivery charges. 
6.3 Buyers using the e-shop have to follow current conditions and other regulations according to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia. 
7.  The Seller’s Obligations
7.1 The Seller undertakes to create a web store service capability, the terms of which are set out in the terms of the online shop
7.2 The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the address given by the Buyer on the basis of these terms. 
7.3 The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy rights related to his/her personal data. 
7.4 When the Seller cannot deliver the products purchased from due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller has the obligation to propose equivalent products to the Buyer. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller has to transfer paid funds back to the Buyer in 14 days. 
7.5 If the Buyer uses the rights stated in section 4.2, the Seller is obliged to return the funds to the Buyer in 14 days from the date the products were returned.
8. The Price of Goods
8.1  The price of goods is in euros. The Seller is obligated to pay taxes. All prices include VAT.
9. Paying for the Goods and the Deadline
9.1 The Buyer will pay for the ordered items to the following account.

9.2 After payment, delivery will be arranged.
10. The Delivery of Purchases
10.1 When buying from, the Buyer can choose the method of delivery.
10.2 The Delivery Service
10.2.1 If the Buyer chooses the delivery service, he/she will provide an accurate delivery address. 
10.2.2 The Buyer undertakes to take in the goods himself/herself. If he/she cannot accept the delivery of goods, however, it is based on the Buyer’s address and other details, the Buyer is not entitled to submit complaints to the Seller if the goods are given to incorrect subject.

10.2.3 The goods may be delivered by the Seller or its authorized representative. 
10.2.4 The delivery charge will be calculated according to the destination, cargo weight and size.
10.2.5 The delivery charge in Tallinn is 12 euros. Elsewhere in Estonia the fee is 30 euros.

10.2.6 The Seller reserves the right to change the delivery fee.
10.3 The delivery of the goods shall be indicated in the description. The deadline is estimated and may vary. The Seller agrees to deliver item(s) as quickly as possible. 
10.4 When receiving the goods, the Buyer or its authorized representative must check the condition of the shipment and sign the bill or other parcel delivery-acceptance documents. When the Buyer signs the invoice, it is considered that the shipment is in good condition and there is no cargo damage due to a manufacturing defect or the mismatch of the goods (those which can be seen by external examination). 
10.5 If the Buyer notices that the delivery package has been damaged, the product is damaged or a set is not correct, he/she has to note it on the delivery note or other parcel acceptance-delivery documents, indicate and prepare with the presence of the Seller or his representative a free form consignment, and/or trade impairment (non-compliance) act. If the Buyer fails to do so, the Seller is exempt from the Buyer for the liability for damages (if the cause of these damages is not defective manufacturing) and for the lack of conformity (where mismatches can be detected by external inspection of the goods). 
11. Commercial Quality Warranty, Return and Exchange 
11.1 The features of the items on sale are found in the product description. The Seller is not responsible if the goods on e-shop do not comply with the actual product color, shape or other parameters due to the video screen of the Buyer.
11.2 The Seller is liable for those defects that are present at the time of delivery. The warranty period on the products is applied according to the law of the Republic of Estonia. To return the product the Buyer has to comply with the goods return document and submit it together with the returned goods to the Seller. The Buyer has to inform the Seller according to the repayment terms of paragraph 4.2.
